Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the TradeBridge website, web application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What the Service is

The Service is trading software. It lets you view and manage your own broker accounts and send orders to them on your instruction. We are not a stock broker, investment adviser, research analyst or portfolio manager, and we do not hold your money or securities.

2. No advice

Nothing in the Service — including templates, analytics, reports or AI assistant answers — is investment, tax or legal advice. You alone decide every trade and are responsible for its outcome.

3. Your responsibilities

• Keep your login, two-factor authentication and broker credentials secure.
• Review orders, automations, copy-trading setups and risk limits before enabling them.
• Comply with your broker's terms and with SEBI, exchange and other applicable rules, including those on algorithmic trading.
• Use the Service only for accounts you own or are legally authorised to operate.

4. Automation and availability

Automated features (copy trading, webhooks, risk actions, strategies) depend on brokers, exchanges, networks and third-party services. Orders may be delayed, rejected or not placed. We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Plans and payments

Paid plans are prepaid for the period purchased and include applicable GST. See the refund policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms with notice. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the Service or break the law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
