What message format does TradingView need?
A JSON message with your secret, action (buy/sell/EXIT), symbol and quantity or lots. The app shows a ready-to-paste template when you create the webhook.
Does TradingView need a public URL?
Yes. TradingView can only call a public HTTPS address, so the trading engine must be reachable from the internet in production.
