Risk management & kill switch
Risk limits that act — not just alert
Set a daily max loss, profit target and max quantity per order for each account, and choose what happens when a limit is hit: alert, block new orders, or square off everything.
Real enforcement
P&L is re-evaluated continuously. When a limit is breached with "square off", open orders are cancelled and positions are closed automatically, and new orders are blocked for the account.
Exits never blocked
Orders that only reduce a position are always allowed, so you can always get out — even with the kill switch on.
Risk management & kill switch — FAQ
Does the kill switch close positions?
Yes. It cancels all open orders, squares off all positions and blocks new orders until you release it.
How do I reset a breached limit?
Save the account's risk rule again; the breach and block are cleared.
